GIFs - Men’s Health/Hearst Magazines
Photoshop, Illustrator
These JPEGs and GIFs were created to go alongside a John West sponsored article for Men’s Health. I based the design off similar trending articles and used existing brand guidelines for the colour palette. A combination of JPEGs and GIFs were used to help draw the reader’s attention down the page, without being too distracting.
GIFs - Lagoon Beauty
Photoshop, After Effects
Lagoon Beauty is an online beauty shop specialising in ethical and natural beauty products that are kind for you and the environment. Using their brand guidelines I created several animated posts advertising new products and the site. The design was inspired by the company’s ethos and website.
Online Article - BarkPost
Photoshop
These posts were used in an online article for BarkPost (sort of a Buzzfeed for dogs). I used Photoshop to help illustrate what would happen if dogs ran Hollywood.
Illustrations
Illustrator
This is a series I work on in my free time. I love food, puns and dogs, so it was only natural to combine them into cartoons.
Video Screens - Lloyds
Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
These animated screens were created for the ‘pause screen’ of a training video. The hand-drawn design was created for the initial smaller program, loosely following the brand guidelines, to encourage experimentation. After a successful launch, I redesigned strictly following the guidelines so the materials could be shared company-wide.
GIFs - Domino’s/Brunswick
Photoshop, Illustrator
As part of the pitch deck, I created this GIF to illustrate part of the consultants’ presentation.
Infographics - Brunswick
Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator
These info sheets were created for a variety of Brunswick’s clients. They sit on the more corporate side of the fence and range from the finance sector to the metals and mining sector. I used existing brand guidelines and previous examples to create the look. The individual assets were created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. But the document itself was a Powerpoint template so it could be easily edited by anyone on the project team.
Business Plan - Zizzi
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
I worked closely with the Creative Director to produce a high end book for their annual business plan. The cover was printed on brown Kraft card to tie in the recycling and food waste initiatives detailed in the plan. And copper foiling on the logo to represent the large copper Zizzi signs at every restaurant entrance. I used the existing brand guidelines to develop the design and create new assets. I also managed the print production from PDF to delivery.
Coaching Brochure - Phil Bolton
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
The client provided collateral from his website, so I was able to build on existing brand colours and typography to create digital and print brochures for his coaching business. I created the infographics to visually explain the programs on offer and timelines. I designed and exported four final PDFs; digital standard, digital with prices, print-ready standard and print-ready with prices.
Large Posters - Lloyds
InDesign, Photoshop
The team needed large A0 posters printed to dress the room for their workshop. The walls would also be covered with their notes from throughout the day so they needed bold colours to stand out, but also white space to ensure the reader could take in all the information. I used existing brand guidelines for the gradient colours and tweaked the layout on each poster to ensure their content could fit. I also managed the print production from PDF to delivery.
Presentation Deck - 7Up/VaynerMedia
Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator
This deck was created for 7Up’s annual meeting. Due to Covid, the event was held remotely and the client’s presentation would be in a long line of other brands also presenting. They needed a highly visual deck to grab the viewers attention. I only had loose guidelines to draw from so I worked with the team of consultants to finalise the design. I created a master template so they could add content.
Presentation Deck - Open Health
Powerpoint, Illustrator
This deck was created for Open Health to present insights from a recent drug trial. The photography was chosen as the drug being referenced treats a rare disease that mainly affects children. The content was very text-heavy and involved simplifying charts and graphs. My main job was to convey complex information visually and in an engaging way.
Pitch Deck - Domino’s/Brunswick
Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator
A pitch winning deck for the advisory firm, Brunswick. I was the sole designer on the project and created a new themed template based off existing brand guidelines for Brunswick and Domino’s while also creating new assets. I also mocked up a corporate newsletter and Domino’s app to illustrate some of the ideas the project team pitched.
Pitch Deck - OmniGov
Powerpoint, Photoshop
Using existing brand guidelines, I created a pitch deck for OmniGov. The team needed a highly visual deck that used colour and typography to compliment their content. I used the darker background to make their bold brand colours stand out.
Master Template - Brunswick
Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator
The consultants needed an easy to use template for recreating Facebook groups and profiles. I created the background in Photoshop and used Illustrator to make the more detailed assets, like emojis. The template itself was created in Powerpoint. Text and image placeholders meant the consultants could update the mock up with just one click.
